Powersports Vault LLC (Vault Powersports) ships ATV and UTV parts from Gary, Indiana to addresses across the United States. We offer free shipping on eligible orders as noted on our site.
1. Free Shipping
Free shipping applies to standard ground shipping for most parts when the order qualifies. Oversized, freight, or extremely heavy items (e.g., complete engines, large body assemblies) may require a freight quote or additional shipping charge, which we will confirm before payment.
2. Order Processing
- Orders are confirmed by email or phone before payment and shipment. We verify availability and condition first.
- After payment is received, we typically process and ship within 1–5 business days, depending on the part and packaging needs.
- Used engines, transmissions, and large assemblies may require additional preparation and packing time.
- You will receive tracking information once the carrier has accepted the package.
3. Shipping Methods & Carriers
We ship via major carriers (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS) or freight carriers as appropriate for the size and weight of the shipment. Carrier selection is at our discretion unless you request a specific service (additional cost may apply).
4. Delivery Times
- Standard ground shipping within the contiguous U.S. typically arrives in 2–7 business days after shipment, depending on destination.
- Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may require additional time and cost; contact us for a quote.
- We are not responsible for carrier delays due to weather, holidays, or other events outside our control.
5. Local Pickup
Local pickup in the Gary, Indiana area may be available by arrangement. Contact us to schedule. Pickup orders must still be confirmed and paid before release.
6. Address Accuracy
Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for packages delayed or lost due to incorrect address information provided by the customer. Address changes after shipment may incur additional fees.
7. Risk of Loss
Risk of loss or damage passes to you when the carrier takes possession of the package (or when you take possession for local pickup). Inspect packages upon receipt and report damage promptly (see our Return Policy).
8. International Shipping
We currently focus on shipping within the United States. International orders may be considered on a case-by-case basis; contact us for availability and shipping quotes. Buyer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and import fees.
