These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Vault Powersports website and any purchases from Powersports Vault LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Us

Powersports Vault LLC operates Vault Powersports, a seller of new and used ATV and UTV parts based in Gary, Indiana. We specialize in components for Polaris, Can-Am, and related powersports vehicles.

2. Orders & Availability

All online orders and inquiries are submitted for review. Listing a part does not guarantee immediate availability.
We confirm stock, condition, final pricing (if adjusted), shipping cost (if any), and payment instructions by email or phone before payment is due.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order (for example, due to pricing error, stock change, or suspected fraud).
Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice until an order is confirmed.

3. Payment

Payment is collected after we confirm your order. We do not process credit card payments directly on the website. Accepted methods will be communicated at confirmation (for example, invoice, secure payment link, or other agreed method). Title to goods passes to you upon full payment and shipment (or pickup).

4. Product Descriptions & Condition

Used and low-mileage parts are sold as inspected by us. Condition notes and photos (when provided) are for guidance; used parts may show normal wear.
It is your responsibility to verify fitment for your specific year, make, and model. Contact us with questions before ordering if you are unsure.
We strive for accuracy but do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content are error-free.

5. Shipping & Risk of Loss

Shipping terms are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss transfers to you when the carrier takes possession of the package (or when you take possession for local pickup).

6. Returns, Refunds & Warranty

Returns are governed by our Return Policy. Limited warranties, if any, are described in our Warranty terms. Except as expressly stated in those policies, all parts are sold “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our site to:

Submit false or misleading information
Interfere with the site’s operation or security
Violate any applicable law

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Powersports Vault LLC and its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or any products purchased. Our total liability for any claim related to a product shall not exceed the amount you paid for that product.

We are not responsible for improper installation, use beyond intended purpose, or modifications made by you or third parties.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Powersports Vault LLC from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of products purchased from us.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Indiana.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date will reflect the current version. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
